Commercial Port of Vladivostok sells 51-pct share in authorized capital of UNECO CJSC

Commercial Port of Vladivostok OJSC has sold its 51-pct share in the authorized capital of Universal Operational Complex (UNECO CJSC), the company officially states. Commercial Port of Vladivostok owned 51% of UNECO from September 21 till September 28, 2009.

Stevedoring company UNECO CJSC operates at the 13th berth of Commercial Port of Vladivostok.

Commercial Port of Vladivostok OJSC owns and operates the property complex of the port of Vladivostok, one of Russia’s largest ports in the Far East. Commercial Port of Vladivostok operates 17 berths including container, passenger, motor car specialized berths.

Commercial Port of Vladivostok is a part of FESCO Transport Group. In 2008, the company handled 5.915 million tonnes of cargo. 95.6% of the company’s shares belong to M-Port LLC (Moscow).
