Financing for international project „SMOCS“ approved

Yantai Rising Dragon International Container Terminals Ltd (YRDICTL) recently appointed Shiti Pang as Deputy General Manager and Jianjun Li as Technical and Security Director for Yantai Rising Dragon International Container Terminal (YRDICT) in Shandong Province, China.
Before his appointment, Pang was operations director of YRDICTL.  He brings 11 years of experience in operations.  Before YRDICT, he was with DP World Yantai Co., Ltd., as operations manager.  He received his bachelor’s degree in Transportation from Wuhan University of Technology in 1991.

Li, on the other hand, brings to YRDICTL 17 years of experience in mechanical engineering.  Before YRDICT, he was the chief engineer of Yantai Seaport Machinery factory from 2003 to 2009.  Li is a graduate of Electronic mechanical Engineering from Ocean University of China in 1992 and took his master’s degree at Tongji University in 2007.
