Evergreen incorporates Teesport into schedule

Taiwanese container shipping line, Evergreen, has incorporated UK-based port, Teesport, owned by PD Ports, into its weekly shipping services from the Far East.  This is a new service of transhipment over Rotterdam via Feederlink.

The service operated by Feederlink, which started on August 1, is expected to bring in additional volumes of containers from suppliers in the Far East.

These will include Tesco shipments being delivered to the retailer’s new 110-square-metre import facility, which opened at Teesport on August 17.
