INTERNATIONAL Container Terminal Services Inc's (ICTSI) Polish unit, the Baltic Container Terminal, has started offering two new online services, Container Tracking and Sailing Schedule, to allow customers to view and track their containers in Gdynia.
Container Tracking enables customers to check the current status of their containers at BCT using the container number. The system will then display the current information of the customer's container, mode of access, exit from the terminal and time of the said operation. A company statement said that the Container Tracking function is equipped with a user-friendly graphic format to facilitate the identification of the customer's container data.
Sailing Schedule, on the other hand, facilitates viewing of the schedule for a ship's arrival at BCT. It also tracks ships handled at the wharf and provides information concerning expected arrival of ships in selected periods.
Customers can access Container Tracking and Sailing Schedule through BCT's website: www.bct.gdynia.pl.
