In general, Russian seaports increased their throughput by 5.9%, year-on-year, to 235.4 million tonnes including 91.2 million tonnes of dry cargo (-3.4%) and 144.2 million tonnes of liquid bulk cargo (+12.7%).
Transshipment of export cargo increased by 7.4% to 182.2 million tonnes including 29.3 million tonnes of coal (+11%), 9.3 million tonnes of grain (up 11 times), 2.4 million tonnes of ore (up almost 3-fold), 111.3 million tonnes of liquid bulk cargo (+7.5%). However transshipment of mineral fertilizers fell by 33.2%, timber - by 44.5%, ferrous metal– by 8.5%, containerized cargo - by 12.5%.
Transshipment of import cargo fell by 41% to 13.1 million tonnes with containerized cargo decreasing by 43% and general cargo – by 51%.

Transshipment of coastal trade cargo increased 1.7 times (18 million tonnes) with a 24.5-pct decline in transshipment of dry cargo and 50-pct decline in transshipment of liquid bulk cargo.
