New president for Long Beach port board

Nick Sramek has been named president of the Long Beach Harbor Board of Commissioners.
  

Sramek will serve a one-year term, replacing current president James Hankla, who is stepping down from the board after serving a six-year term. Sramek, an aerospace engineer, was appointed to the board in 2007.
