Building of Terminal in Rostov Region to Begin in Autumn

The management of the investment company Raven Russia announced to build a logistic terminal of A-class and of area 220-230 sq m in the Rostov region.

The construction will be realized by the company together with its partner – Avalon.    

According to Kommersant, the building will be begun in autumn of the current year. The complex will have been put into operation by the end of 2008.

The complex will occupy the territory of 47.6 hectares on the road Don, 8 km from Rostov.

The main holder of the 10 years term will be the subsidiary of Avalon – Avalon Logistics.
