Shanghai Airlines to launch Pudong to Hanoi service

SHANGHAI Airlines will start direct air services between Shanghai and Hanoi from March 27 using Boeing 727-800 planes, reports Logistics Week.

The service is the second one launched into Vietnam after its Ho Chi Minh service and will deploy Boeing 737-800 aircrafts. Flight FM819 is scheduled to take off from Pudong at 2230 hrs on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays, and arrive at Hanoi at 0100 hrs next day. The returning flight FM820 will leave Hanoi at 0150 hrs on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, and arrive at Pudong International Airport at 0550 hrs.
