DB Schenker Rail introduces short hours

German rail company Deutsche Bahn's (DB) rail cargo subsidiary DB Schenker Rail is introducing short hours in March 2009. This could affect up to 5,000 workers in selected division. The measure will include the waggon and locomotive maintenance units and the single waggon and full train transport units, Logistics Finland reported.
