Airlines carried more passengers

Ukraine International Airlines review the results from operations in November and 11 months of 2008 In the period January to November 2008 Ukraine International Airlines carried 1.556 million passengers; 16,7% more than in the first 11 months of 2007.

103,000 passengers were carried in November 2008; 10% less than in November 2007.

The passenger load factor in November 2008 was 56%, an average down 10 points, in November 2007 – 66 %.

In November 2008 UIA operated 764 flights.

In November 2008 756 tons of cargo and mail were carried.
