JAL international strike cancelled

Japan Airlines (JAL) announced that the planned strike action scheduled for today October 1, 2008 by the JAL Flight Crew Union (1,100 members) and the JAL Cabin Crew Union (1,500 members), and the

strike action planned by the JAL Japan Pilots Union (600 members) for October 1 and 2, 2008 have been cancelled.

Services on all flights, both domestic Japan and international, will operate as normal.
