Ulber to head sea & air logistics for Kuehne + Nagel

Kuehne + Nagel International AG has appointed Peter Ulber to its management board in charge of sea and air logistics, effective Jan. 1, 2009. 

Ulber will succeed Reinhard Lange, who will become the new group chief executive officer following the retirement of Klaus Herms.

Ulber joined the Swiss logistics and forwarding company in 1983 and was most recently its regional director of Northwest Europe, a region that comprises about 10,000 employees at 120 locations.
