IJS Global begins operations in Poland

Stamford, Conn. based freight forwarder and customs house broker IJS Global said it has begun operating in Poland, continuing an expansion in Central and Eastern Europe.

Cezary Ratynski has been named general manager, IJS Global Poland, headquartered in Warsaw. He will be responsible for increasing IJS Global business activities in the Polish market, focusing on the key industries of aeronautics, telecommunications, automotive and electronics.

IJS Global's operations will serve all of Poland and is located at the Okecie International Airport. IJS Global Poland provides a range of logistic services that include import/export air and ocean freight, road freight and distribution.

IJS Global also said it has appointed Philip Lee as country manager in Taiwan.
