FMC reviews 12 OTI license applications

The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 12 ocean transportation intermediary license applications for review.

The agency received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from MCL-Multi Container, Miami (Kurt E. Diener, chief executive officer); Global Transportation, Newman, Ga. (Darlene R. Bishop, owner); Ocean Navigating Line, City of Industry, Calif. (Wei Xu, president); and Dart Express (SFO), San Bruno, Calif. (John J. Hafferty, vice president).

The FMC received NVO-ocean freight forwarder license applications from Intergroup Consolidators, Miami (Antonio Jaquez, president); GPR International, Miami (Roberto Diaz, president); Indigo Logistics, Atlanta (Liliya Ivanenko, president); and Dart Express (LAX), Inglewood, Calif. (John J. Hafferty, vice president).

The agency also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from UTOC America, Rancho Dominguez, Calif. (Ryoji Yanaka, president); Dietrich-Exccel, Miami (Waldyr C. Silva, general manager); HBI America, Miami (Herve Balladur, president); and Senko (U.S.A.), Atlanta (Akiba Morikawa, president).
