FMC reviews 5 OTI license applications

The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received five ocean transportation intermediary license applications for review.

The agency received a non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from World Export & Logistics, Miami (Celia Leon, president); LCL Logistic, Torrance, Calif. (Christopher T. Le, president); and Aramex International Courier, Jamaica, N.Y. (Pedro Freire, vice president).

The FMC also received an NVO-ocean freight forwarder license application from Richard Murray & Co., Mobile, Ala. (Edward F. Murray Jr., president); and an ocean freight forwarder license application from Planet Freight Services, Doral, Fla. (Marco A. Oliveira, president).
