Damco to transport potash exports from Jordan

THIRD party logistics provider, Damco, has been awarded the ocean business of National Oil Field Equipments & Services (NOFE), an Amman-headquartered exporter of potash in Jordan to markets in the Middle East, North Africa and South Asia. Potash is used in oil drilling and fertilisers.


The company said in a statement that it will utilise "fixed and stable service contracts with major carrier lines in Jordan" to provide the service.


The logistics services provider added that it already handles the execution and follow-up of NOFE containerised cargo shipments to south Asia.
