AMERICAN global delivery giant FedEx Express (FedEx) has released new iPhone and Blackberry applications and an enhanced mobile website to help customers track, get rates and transit times, schedule a pick-up and find FedEx locations on the go.
With the number of smart phone users in Asia forecast to hit 347 million by 2015, the new iPhone and Blackberry applications and FedEx Mobile website will allow the increasing mobile customers to instantly access information about their FedEx shipments through their smart phones.
"It is our vision to give FedEx customers around the globe greater access to our products and services, regardless of their physical location or device," said David Cunningham, president, FedEx Express Asia-Pacific.
