Vanguard opens office in Charlotte

Vanguard Logistics Services has opened a branch office in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Charlotte will provide coverage and support for Vanguard's growing client base in the region.

"Our growth in the southeast region has prompted us to open a new office in Charlotte. This office will provide both export and import LCL, as well as FCL services,’’ said David Sanchoyerto, southeast regional vice-president.

Angela Gaskin, who previously held the role of sales executive in the area, will now take the position of branch manager of the Charlotte location.

Vanguard's Charlotte branch is the first of 30+ global offices slated to open as part of its 2011 expansion plan.
