United Continental Holdings has reported November 2010 operational results for newly merged United and Continental airlines.
On a combined basis, the two airlines' consolidated traffic (revenue passenger miles) in November increased 4.8 per cent compared to the same period last year, and in consolidated capacity, the increase was 4.1 per cent. The carriers' combined consolidated load factor increased 0.6 point compared to November 2009.
On a combined basis, the two carriers' November 2010 consolidated passenger revenue per available seat mile (PRASM) rose an estimated 11 to 12 per cent, while mainline PRASM increased an estimated 12 to 13 per cent.
