China Southern Airlines launches Zhengzhou, Kumul, Urumchi service

China Southern Airlines has launched a Zhengzhou-Kumul-Urumchi service, offering hinterland service from Kumul Airport in Xinjiang, reports Xinhua.

The service offers CZ6317/8 flights, flying twice weekly on Wednesdays and Saturdays, departing from Zhengzhou at 0800 hrs, stopping at Kumul at 1130 hrs, leaving from Kumul at 1220 hrs, then arriving at Urumchi at 1320 hrs. Return flights depart at 1410 hrs, stopping at Kumul at 1520 hrs, leaving Kumul at 1610 hrs and back to Zhengzhou at 1900 hrs. It takes three hours to fly between Zhengzhou and Kumul, a distance of 2,150 kilometres.
