eveloper Buildev has found a buyer who will pay US$4.45 million for a newly built freight facility in its central Queensland industrial estate, reported The Courier-Mail.
The facility, in the group's Centra Park Emerald Industrial Estate, was purpose-built for freight company NQX Freight Systems, a division of Toll Holdings.
Buildev Queensland development director Craig Dowling said NQX had a 10-year lease with options on the building.
The sale means the first stage of the estate has now sold out.
Stage two has been launched with Buildev and Clinton Adams from CD Adams Realty also securing contracts for the second stage of the development, with half of that now committed to for about $2.27 million.
Work on that stage is expected to start early next year.
