On 8th, November, ICCS was awarded the certificate again from Cargo2000 (C2K) after successfully passed the audit from this quality system which is well-known in the international aviation industry. This was an audit received from "Cargo2000 (C2K)" again since ICCS was awarded the certificate as a member of this association in September 2007.
"Cargo2000" (C2K), belonging to the International Air Transport Association (IATA), is an organization dedicated to provide new quality monitoring system for the world air freight industry. It aimed at standardizing the process through measurable quality standards to improve the efficiency of air freight industry. C2K re-defined the entire air cargo transportation chain from the shippers to the consignees, reduced the operation cost, improved the customer service level and integrated the quality requirements within every link of the air cargo transportation.
On 29th September, Tom Presnail, Director Asia Pacific of C2K visited ICCS by himself to examine the process control on safety, finance and other quality related areas.
Particularly for the problems such as customer complaint handling records and timely customer feedback degrees, he conducted a detailed investigation. ICCS facility construction and working style all reflected the standardization of operation and the high level of quality supervision system which made the auditor very satisfied. ICCS is the first ground handling agent in China holding this qualification, which means ICCS is capable of providing customers with standard services of internationally-recognized Cargo2000.
