Agility names Whittingham as Korea-Japan chief

KUWAIT-based Agility has appointed Steve Whittingham as managing director for Korea and Japan to be based in the company's Seoul office to further strengthen its management team in north Asia.

Mr Whittingham comes to Agility with a strong track record in sales, forwarding and general management across Africa, south east Asia and Australia. During his 20-year career he has held senior management and managing director positions with UTI in South Africa and Zimbabwe, served as managing director with BAX Global in Thailand and Malaysia and was the director and general manager of a retail distribution company in Australia.
