All Means of Transport to Have Their Own Acts

In 2008 in Russia all means of transport will have their own basic acts. This was announced by Igor Levitin, acting as the RF Ministry of transport, reports ITAR-TASS.

He stressed that currently only rail roads have their own law, other means of transport work on instructions and general laws.

“Some of them were approved many years ago and now they do not sort with the modern requirements”, – said he. Now the State Duma is examining the projects of the law on Sea ports, the Article of motor-car transport and the changes in Air Law Book.
