Air China profit soars 60pc to US$675 million in first half

AIR China profit soared 60 per cent in the first half of 2010 due to rising air traffic demand, said Xinhua.

Net profits totalled CNY4.69 billion (US$675 million), in which revenue from cargo increased 109 per cent to CNY4.13 billion, the company said in a statement filed with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
