Air France-KLM and its Dutch subsidiary Martinair have concluded an agreement that it said puts an end to a class action suit over allegations of price-fixing in their freight operations, reported Dow Jones Newswires.

Air France-KLM said the companies are paying US$87 million to the parties that brought the suit regarding cargo contracts between 2000 and 2006.

Air France-KLM said it had set aside a provision against the settlement in 2008.
