CEVA wins European cosmetics contract with Safosa

CEVA has been awarded a three-year contract to manage cosmetic producer Safosa's three logistic sites based in Gaggiano, near Milan, moving 84,000 pallets a year of raw materials, components and finished products.

CEVA's general manager consumer in Italy said the contract reflected the company's ability to integrate resources and tailor it to customers' needs. "Thanks to the great know-how acquired across vast experience working with other health and beauty contracts, CEVA has developed solutions that meet the requirements of the sector perfectly, optimising warehouse activities and the distribution of goods."

Safosa employees over 700 and its production exceeds 300 million articles a year from products for oral care and skin care to deodorants and scents.
