Avalon Group and Raven Russia to Build Logistics Complex

Avalon Group and the Raven Russia Ltd investment company have started the construction of logistics complex with an overall area of 220 th.t. in the Rostov region. The construction of the terminal is the part of Megalogix project, which includes the constrction of storage complexes with an overall area of 1.5 mln. sq. m. in 15 Russian and Belorussian largest cities.

The first stage of the complex will be put into operation in the third quarter of 2008. The Avalono Logistics company will become the first renter

As commercial director of Avalon Logistics Denis Simonov told SeaNews, this year the company will rent 20 th. sq. m. of storage facilities in Moscow, and 50 th. sq. m. will be rented next year.
