DB Schenker’s country organisation in Croatia recently moved into a highly modern facility in Zagreb offering 2,500 square meters of storage space with a bonded warehouse and customs office, as well as 1,000 square meters of office space making it one of the most modern facilities of its kind in Croatia.
The site is TAPA FSR A-level compliant, which underlines the facility’s advanced capabilities. The neighbouring office building houses the company’s corporate office including all operational units ranging from land transport through to air and ocean freight as well as logistics.
The company’s additional seven branch offices in Croatia are managed from this location.
“The new facility is for us a further important milestone in Croatia. It is fully integrated in our European and global network and enables us to provide smooth services at a consistently high level of quality from a single source,” said Karl Nutzinger, CEO Europe, Schenker.
