Air India plans revamp of overseas operations

Air India is planning a reorganisation of its international operations, and will concentrate on non-stop connections on long-haul routes, Dow Jones reported.

The airline is likely to drop Frankfurt as its European hub from November, flying direct to destinations such as Toronto and Chicago from Delhi's new Terminal 3.

The airline also plans to start flights to destinations such as Melbourne.
