CARGOLUX has boosted the number of Budapest-Hong Kong flights to five per week, according to Ferihegy Airport operator Budapest Airport, reports Hungarian news agency, MTI-ECONEWS.
The Luxembourg-based airline is one of the biggest cargo carriers at Ferihegy Airport, handling 19,000 tonnes of the total 70,000 tonnes of air freight that passes through the airport annually.
Airport officials said that air cargo volume at Ferihegy increased by 30 per cent during the first quarter of the year compared to the same period year previous.
