Russian Rail box volume rises 26 per cent in January-February

RUSSIAN Railways network experienced a 26 per cent year on year increase in container traffic in the first two months of the year and expects box volumes to reach the pre-crisis results by September, according to Russian Daily Transport Report.

While most of the largest container operators demonstrated growth shipping more than 3.3 million tons along the Transgarant and Modul lines, TransContainer was the only operator to suffer a decline in volume.
