YRC Logistics opening office in Buenos Aires

YRC Logistics, a subsidiary of YRC Worldwide Inc., said it has opened a new office in Buenos Aires.

Overland Park, Kan.-based YRC Logistics said it is increasing its presence in Latin America by providing global logistics services to, from and within Argentina. With the new office, YRC Logistics will be able to continue to provide clients with international air and ocean freight forwarding services.

Jim Ritchie, president and chief executive officer of YRC Logistics, said the expansion heavily supports our business volumes with clients we have served in the Latin American region. YRC Logistics also has offices in Colombia, Chile, Peru and Mexico and partners with firms throughout Latin America.
