Hanjin to streamline box transactions with INTTRA software

KOREA's Hanjin Shipping announced that it would extend the use of e-commerce provider INTTRA's global network to its North American and European operations.

The INTTRA platform will allow Hanjin to fully support customers looking to streamline their transaction process with multiple carriers.

"We chose INTTRA because of the value their proven e-commerce solutions and services have provided to our largest global customers and their reputation for excellent customer service," said KB Lee, a Hanjin customer service executive. "INTTRA would help accelerate e-commerce adoption and efficiency for Hanjin."

INTTRA said it is the largest global e-commerce platform for the ocean freight industry, with an active network of more than 20,000 corporate locations in 85 countries. The company initiates more than 300,000 container orders a week, 10 per cent of global container shipments.
