TRAVELOCITY founder Terry Jones will be the keynote speaker at the March 14-16 AirCargo 2010 conference in Orlando, Florida.
Organisers expect 800 delegates as well as 100 exhibitors and sponsors, who will discuss marketing techniques, compliance problems and how to deal with 100 per cent cargo screening coming in August.
Presentations will include a US Transportation Security Administration (TSA) overview of cargo screening requirements.
Mr Jones, from Travelocity, will discuss how to adapt new techniques for successful branding, marketing and customer relationship management. Brian Clancy, of Merge Global, will speak on the state of the air cargo industry. Leigh Kirby, of Perspectives Unlimited, will discuss social networking and increasing sales while Bob Reilly, of the GovPro Alliance, will speak on how to profit from doing business with the US Government.
