Regular Lufthansa service resumes as pilot strike suspended

GERMANY's flag carrier Lufthansa has announced that the strike of its pilots has been suspended with parties agreeing to return to talks.

The airline's special strike scheduled lingered through yesterday, but regular services should begin to resume today.

"Returning to a normal schedule completely will take a number of days," said an airline statement. "The special flight schedule can be accessed at www.lufthansa.com"
