ACE Air Cargo flight crash, pilots bodies found

ALASKAN carrier ACE Air Cargo pilots Ameer Ali, 28, and co-pilot Emily Lewis, 23 bodies found trapped in the craft four days after a failed flight from Sand Point, Alaska en route to Anchorage crashed.

The pilots bodies were recovered in the Beechcroft 1990 underwater near Sand Point. The Coast Guard called off its searches 24 hours after the crash but ACE Air Cargo representatives continued with the search with a diver finding the craft sunk in 30 to 40 feet water, reports Seattle Times.

The National Safety Transportation Board are investigating the crash.
