Swissport signs three-year agreement with Korean Air

Global ground and cargo handler Swissport Cargo Services Israel has signed a three-year agreement with Korean Air Cargo to handle services at Ben Gurion Airport including loading and offloading for its three weekly Boeing 747 combi flights.
In a report from Israeli's trade news site Port2Port, Swissport marketing director Udi Dror said the contract with the Korean airline cargo operator is both a benchmark in terms of value for money, cost management and the level of customer expectations for its services.

According to the Shipping Gazette, Korean Air's thrice weekly Boeing 747 combi flights have a total weekly capacity of 90 tons.
