Intermodal is back – in Amsterdam

Dec 24, 2009 Logistics

After a one-year break, Intermodal, the world’s leading event for the intermodal and container industry, will be back in 2010 at a familiar venue. Organiser IIR Exhibitions has announced that the next exhibition and conference will take place from 30th November to 2nd December 2010 at the Amsterdam RAI.

“With trading conditions likely to improve towards the end of 2010, our partners in the industry wanted us to hold the show in the last quarter of the year,” said Richard Gayle, Exhibition Director at IIR. “We asked our exhibitors, visitors and sponsors for their ideal venue and the response was clearly in favour of Amsterdam. We’re very pleased to be back.”

Jesse Gosse of the Port of Amsterdam added: “We are delighted to be hosting Intermodal again in 2010. Our accessibility and facilities make Amsterdam the ideal venue for an international event like Intermodal – and are looking forward to giving exhibitors and visitors a show to remember.”
