Pol-Miedz Trans acquires Traxx

According to unofficial information obtained by Railway Market – CEE Review, Pol-Miedz Trans, the Polish transportation company, will acquire two Traxx electric locomotives produced by Bombardier.

Contract regarding the purchase was signed on the 20th of November this year.
Currently the rail operator owns 53 locomotives, class: M62, SM42, M62 Ko, TEM2, TEM2/M, TEM2/15M, SM31 and T448p. Pol-Miedź Trans also has about 1200 wagons.
