China Southern Airlines launches Zhengzhou-Bangkok service

CHINA Southern Airlines has launched scheduled flights from Zhengzhou in Henan province to Bangkok, reports Logistics Week.

Formerly a charter flight, the Zhengzhou-Bangkok route has been upgraded to a daily scheduled service, departing Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport at 1630 hrs and arrives at Bangkok at 2130 hrs local time after a stopover in Guangzhou. It returns from Bangkok at 0940 hrs the following day, arriving at Zhengzhou at 1450 hrs.

 

The new route is reportedly the first direct scheduled air route from Henan to southeast Asia and it reinforces the strategic cooperation agreement signed between China Southern and Henan government.
