MOL issues Environment and Social Report 2009

Mitsui OSK Lines has published its annual Environment and Social Report 2009.

This year’s report, which marks the tenth edition since 2000, has two special features. The first feature is titled “Environmental technology: Senpaku ISHIN” which introduces an environment-friendly ship (car carrier) that MOL envisions as technically possible in the near future.

The second feature is called “Safe Operation report: Ensuring Safe Operation”. It reports MOL’s ongoing safe operation measures from both software and hardware aspects and increased safety awareness.
