New client in Russia: United Aircraft Corporation

Continuing along a most successful path of engagements in Russia and other CIS countries, Lufthansa Consulting wins over a much respected partner in the market. Russia’s well known aviation holding company United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) has chosen the experienced German aviation consultancy to identify the ideal network-fleet structure of a key Russian carrier.

Within the cooperation, Lufthansa Consulting, applying an extensive knowledge of the Russian airline market, provided a profound market analysis to identify the best possible network and hub options. Furthermore the consultants analyzed optimal capacity requirements and developed a plan with the most favorable fleet mix.

The main objective of this project for both partners UAC and Lufthansa Consulting is to form a solid basis for major fleet and network expansion plans which the Russian air company aspires to.
