PKP Cargo fined for restrictive practises

The Polish competition office has applied a EUR 13.60mn (USD 19.93mn) fine on PKP Cargo, the state-owned freight company. The ruling, issued in July 2009, was a victory for the open access freight operator ChemTrans Logistics, and will end a long-running dispute, Logistics Finland reports.
