Sep 28, 2009 Logistics

Air China will inaugurate a new service from Beijing to Tokyo's Haneda Airport on October 25, Logistics Week reported.

The service offers two flights a day using Airbus 321s. Flight CA181/2 takes off at 0840 hrs from Beijing, returning from Tokyo at 1350 hrs. Flight CA183/4 leaves Beijing at 1735 hrs, returning from Tokyo at 0830 hrs the next day.

The launch of the new service will raise the number of Beijing-Tokyo services operated by Air China to five per day, three to Narita Airport and two to Haneda Airport.
Haneda Airport is only 16 kilometres away from downtown and 20 minutes' ride on tram to Shingawa Station, one of the busiest traffic hub, offering greater convenience to travellers to Tokyo.
