Getting round-the-clock uninterrupted power supply will be impossible for the industries in the state till 2013, the Times of India reported.
Till then the industrial development department will try to convince the government to ensure that the industries are getting uninterrupted power supply for at least 16 hours, five days a week.
Principal secretary (establishment and industrial development), Anup Mishra said that the projects being floated by the government for increasing power generation in the state would bring desired improvement in power scenario by 2012-13.
But, the Rosa power plant of 600 MW would start operating by June 2010, he said adding, this development would ensure some improvement in power scenario.
