Cargo Trans Vagon purchased 2 locomotives

In October 2008 during Railway Days event, the Romanian operator Cargo Trans Vagon purchased 2 Siemens Eurosprinter electric locomotives. The vehicles just entered operation, Railway Insider reports.

This information was provided for Railway Insider by Gabriel Stanciu, Head of Rolling Stock at Siemens Romania. The locomotives were delivered on the 3rd of August. The vehicles are the first Siemens locomotives in the service of a Romanian operator.
