The Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) is located at the heart of the Kuala Lumpur City Centre precinct within the capital city. General Information

• Booths are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

• Cancellation Policy: i) Exhibitors cancelling space twelve weeks or more prior to the exhibition will forfeit their 10% deposit. ii) Cancellations received from exhibitors six – twelve weeks prior to the exhibition will forfeit 50% of the total stand value. iii) Any exhibitor cancelling within six weeks of the commencement of the exhibition will forfeit the full amount of the stand value. iv) Exhibitors will be liable for any outstanding funds due to the exhibition organisers as per the terms and conditions which accompany invoices.

• Exhibits and equipment are brought into the building at the exhibitor’s risk. General security will be provided, however, the Organiser will not be responsible for any damage/loss of property kept in the booth.

• Exhibitors agree to comply with the move-in/move-out schedule provided by the Organiser.

• The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the site layout, floor plan and other details as they consider fit in the interest of the ASIA MARITIME & LOGISTICS Exhibition.
