European Dynamic Positioning Conference

The European Dynamic Positioning Conference has been established in response to calls from the industry for a dedicated international DP event based in Europe and focusing on dynamic positioning in the offshore market and other sectors. The first event in June 2009 was a resounding success attracting a large audience with representation not just from Europe but across the globe.

Following keen interest from the OSV industry in DP sessions at the now well established Annual Offshore Support Journal Conference, and demand from the industry for a dedicated event focusing on this fast-growing and highly important sector of the market, the European Dynamic Positioning Conference examines the wide range of issues facing DP operators.

To meet requests from delegates attending the inaugural event, the 2010 conference programme was expanded to a second day to offer broader topic coverage, more information gathering opportunities and additional networking time.

In addition, a dedicated session was planned at the end of Day 1, offering delegates practical DP demonstrations from leading equipment providers.
