International Ocean Forum

International Ocean Forum, Shanghai 2009 will be jointly convened on November 18th of 2009 in Shanghai, China by Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China, Ministry of Transport of the People’s Republic of China, State Oceanic Administration People’s Republic of China and the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government. It is organized by Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality, Shanghai Municipal Ocean Bureau, Shanghai Municipal Transport and Port Authority and Pudong New Area Government etc.

The theme of the International Ocean Forum Shanghai this year is focusing on the "Global Shipping Service Innovation and Ocean Engineering Development". The forum will deliver a deep sight of scentific development theories, national strategy and domestic market demand.
